By accessing and using the Knights of Columbus Council Platform ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Council Responsibilities

Each council using the Platform is responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership information
• Ensuring all council members have consented to receive communications
• Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Protecting login credentials and account access
• Using the Platform in accordance with Knights of Columbus bylaws and policies

4. Data and Privacy

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
